Ginger Paste / Garlic paste Table Spoon 2
Ginger straws grams 60
Malir Chili Paste Table Spoon 2
Salt Table spoon 01
Oil / Ghee Tea cup 1
Ginger Garlic Paste Table Spoon 2
Crushed Black Pepper Table Spoon 1
Crushed white cumin Table Spoon 1
Crushed Coriander Powder Table Spoon 1
Fresh Tomatoes cut in t cubesGrams 500
Youghery Tea Cup Half
Green chilies Tea Cup 1
Fresh Methi if not available dry Tab spoon 1
How to make Namak Mandi Chicken Karahi
METHOD:
Pour ghee / oil in wok when become hot add ginger & garlic paste
Add chicken pieces, ginger straws, Chili paste and salt mix chicken thoroughly
Reduce heat and let the chicken cooked on medium heat for 15 minutes
Meanwhile take another wok add ghee or oil when become hot add ginger/garlic paste
Sauté few seconds then add crushed black pepper, coriander and cumin powder
After few seconds add tomato cubes and sauté with spices when become smooth
Add youghery (Beaten) in Masala further sauté for few seconds
Now remove chicken from heat and add in this gravy mix chicken thoroughly
With gravy reduce flame add Methi and green chilies cook for another few seconds
Remove from heat serve Hot Garnish with Fresh coriander and Ginger Straws
