SPICY MANGO PICKLE Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Hard kairi ( raw Mango) cubes , medium size 100 gm Aniseeds ( saunf) crushed 50 gm Turmeric powder 50 gm Fenugreek seeds Crushed Coriander 1/2 cup Crushed Rai (Mustard Seeds) 4 tbsp 10 gm Nigella seeds (kalonji)
50 gm chili powder Oil 1- ltr (take good quantity) Salt 180 gm (to taste) a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
How to make SPICY MANGO PICKLE
METHOD:
In a wide vessel put all the dry masalas. Put little oil &
mix the masala with the oil.
Now mix the mango pieces with the masala.
Now put mango pieces mixed in the masala in the container.
Cover & keep it.overnight 4 pour mustard oil n the container so much so that the pickle is properly dipped in it.
Can keep this pickle for years & there is no need to heat up the mustard oil. Enjoy over the next few months. :)
