Kaleji Tika Boti Recipe

it is special for liver (kaleji) eaten people somtime smell of liver have in meat so that it is special for those people whoeaten easily without any smell.



INGREDIENTS:
Kaleji (Mutton or Beef) 1 kg 
Red Chili Powder: 1 table spoon 
Crushed Red Pepper: 1 table spoon 
Salt: as per taste 
Turmeric: a pinch 
Yogurt: 250 grams 
Vinegar: 3 tablespoons 
Crushed Roasted Cumin: half spoon 
Green Chilies: 3 pcs 
Green Coriander: for garnishing 


How to make Kaleji Tika Boti

 

METHOD:


Mix kaleji with all spices, yogurt and vinegar in a bowl. 
Now place it aside for 30 minutes. 
Add oil in pan, put kaleji and roast. 
Lastly add roasted crushed cumin and green chilies and steam-cook (dam). 
Kaleji tikka boti is ready to serve.
