Mixed Pakoras Recipe
IngredientsBesan (gram-flour) 1 cups Onions 1 small peeled and cut in small cubes Potatoes 2 large peeled and cubed Red chili 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Fresh green chili 5-6 cut and slIced Fresh Coriander leaves about 1/2 bunch, cut Cooking Oil for deep frying How To Make Mixed PakorasMETHOD: Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl with water. Now add the onions, potatoes, green chili and fresh coriander. The mixture should be thick. Once the oil is hot, spoon the mixture into the oil Let the pakoras cook till golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towel. Can be served with ketchup or green chutney.
