Chicken Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1) Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg 
2) Pasta 1 Packet: (any interesting shape, Butterfly, shell etc) 
3) Chicken Cube: 1 piece knorr 
4) Carrots: 2 in round cut 
5) Onion: 2 in square shape 
6) Cauliflower: 1 separated into small ones (bOil it for 5 min) 
7) Salt n Pepper: as much you like 
8) Vinegar and Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp 
9) Garlic Paste: 1 tsp 

WHITE SAUCE: 
1) Maida Flour: 2 tbsp 
2) Butter: 2 tbsp 
3) Milk: 2 cup 
4) Cheese: 1/4 cup 
5) Salt n Pepper: 1/2 tsp 

How to make Chicken Pasta

 
METHOD:
Heat the oil, add garlic paste stir until light brown in color. 
Add chicken and stir for 5 minutes. 
Then add cauliflower and carrots. 
Add onions after 2 minutes and boiled pasta after 3 minutes. Stir well. 
Then add all the spices salt, pepper, vinegar, chicken cubes n soy sauce (just remember chicken cube is salty so be careful about salt) 
After 5 minutes put this into an open and big dish so that you can easily put white paste on it. 
Delicious chicken pasta is ready. Serve to your family and enjoy. 


WHITE SAUCE METHOD: 
Heat the butter, add maida and stir for 2 minutes. 
Then slowly add milk and stir fast and add cheese, half salt n pepper. 
(If you see lumps formed, blend it in a blender) 
If it's very thick, add some more milk and put this on dish. 
White sauce is ready to eat.
